Freelance Production Manager (TV & Content)

November 2014

 

  • Working closely with Producer on delivery of all film content.

  • Liaising with clients and agency to ensure projects are on brief and on time, from initial treatment through to PPM and shoot.

  • Preparing and managing project timelines, budgets, call sheets etc.

  • All liaison with suppliers, crew and cast. From negotiation on fees to preparing contracts and confirming crew lists.

 

 

 
 
Project Manager, P&G Global - Max Factor

July 2013 - November 2014 

 

  •  Delivering all global/ local market projects to agreed scope, whilst ensuring all creative was on brief, and to the standard expected of a luxury agency. (TV, print, in-store, digital, social, e-commerce, experiential, PR).  

  • Guiding the brand through a complete refresh, whilst ensuring all creative work was adapted accordingly at each stage. This included development of a ‘Brand World’ and creation of global ‘Brand Guidelines’.

  • Creation and implementation of new briefing process, whilst ensuring strategy and communication across all creative was consistent. 

    • (We previously worked on singular product ‘initiatives’ through the year, each with its own strategy. We moved to a ‘bundle’ approach; multiple products unified under one campaign, with product benefit dramatised singularly in various media platforms simultaneously.)

  • Briefing and overseeing all creative, design, digital and production teams. Also responsible for all studio production requirements (Print, in-store, creative retouch).

  • Working with P&G Adcost team to ensure process was always followed.

  • Creative/ design resourcing for Max Factor; assisting Atelier resource.

 

 

 
 
Global Production Manager (New Business & Marketing)

​September 2011 - July 2013

 

  • Managing the production element of global/ EMEA new business pitches; branding, presentation design, pitch theatre and creative assets (which included film, print, illustration, digital design/ builds/ development, animation, set design.)

  • Project management of global multi-market new business pitches, and game changing local market pitches in EMEA.

  • Play a key role in ensuring MediaCom met its  new business targets.

  • Working closely with the Global Art Director to manage workflow of the in-house design studio, and freelance creative resource. 

  • Tasked with creating and managing a pool of talented and trusted creative freelancers to help MediaCom in delivering excellence in new business collateral and presentations. 

  • Being the central filter for all departments in the new business process; from taking the initial brief through to managing approvals, whilst ensuring all deadlines are met. Responsible for creating timelines for all stakeholders, and managing budgets for each pitch.

  • Actively explore/ test new technologies and formats for pitch marketing and presentations.
